WTP SHP (Water Treatment Plant Small Hydro Power) is a solution that generates electricity by installing hydropower facilities in pipelines in existing water treatment plants. It also manages and utilizes electricity through the platform. Generated electricity can be used to reduce electricity bills by consuming it on its own in the water purification plant, or it can be sold to the power authority to take profits.
The principle is to generate electricity using pressure energy from the elevation difference between the water intake and WTP. The main components are turbines, generators, control panels, and energy platforms.
KH Shinhwa SnC holds patents for major components & WTP small hydropower system which enables for generating electricity with tap water.
NRW(Non-Revenue Water) is a non-profitable quantity that cannot be used or charged due to water theft or leakage from the water supplied. Water leakages such as waste of water resources, safety threats, and economic losses are important issues to be solved in the water sector.
To prevent this, KH Shinhwa SnC provides an intelligent water leak management platform solution using IoT, AI, and Cloud technologies. Water leakage and operating cost can be reduced by providing integrated platform including leak data collecting, leak sound analysis, leak point notification, and training.
